In an industry where pricing, timelines, and scope can sometimes feel unclear, I believe honesty and transparency are essential. Shortcuts and dishonesty may seem convenient in the moment, but in this line of work, they catch up quickly. Reputations are built or lost fast, and trust, once broken, is difficult to repair.
Every estimate we provide is prepared carefully and in good faith, based on current conditions at the time it is written. Depending on the needs of the project, we offer 30-day, 45-day, or 60-day estimates to give clients flexibility and time to plan with confidence. Whether it’s a $250 job or a $500,000 project, we approach every estimate and every job with the same level of care, attention, and honesty. We take the time to explain scope, material choices, and expectations so there are no surprises.
When circumstances change—whether due to scheduling challenges, coordination with other trades, or material price fluctuations—we believe it’s our responsibility to communicate openly and address those changes directly, even when the conversation is uncomfortable.
